If for some reason You do find the product not suitable for Your dog, You have a right to return or exchange the product! 

You can cancel the order up until You have recieved email that says "Dispatch confirmed" ,that means Your products have been given out to a shipping provider and You can not cancel Your order any more. Before getting this email, if You change your mind or decide for any other reason that You do not want to recieve our Product, You can notify us by email info@nuuskin.eu then we will cancel Your order and refund your money.

However, this cancellation does not apply in the case of any besboke or customised goods which have been customised to You specificly.

Return period starts on the day You recieve our products and ends 14 days after. (Example: if You recieve Your products on Thursday 1st, then the last day You can request return is Wednesday 14th).
We will refund the money on the credit card or debit card used by You to pay, latest 7days after recival of products. However, please note we are premitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, that means when You have handled the Product unproper way before returing them to us.
